Delhi, capital of India with about 30 million people, is replete with monuments to the past dynasties that ruled it. From strolling through Khan Market with its many shops and stalls to Humayun’s Tomb and India Gate, Delhi offers many tourist sights. Mosques abound and a visit to Gandhi’s memorial offer many spiritual reflections. Old Delhi is a labyrinth of narrow streets filled with shops, pedestrians, tuk tuk taxis, motor bikes and trishaws. The cacophony of horns blaring and traffic jockeying and congestion is a jarring but enjoyable experience.
Thanks for sharing your wonderful trips with me.
Much love to you both.
Keep on tripping. lol.
